iPhone cannot connect to Bluetooth

Sometimes it happens that iPhone Bluetooth fail to connect. Follow the step below to fix the problem.

1. Go to Settings> Bluetooth> Tap on the apple pencil exclamation mark icon
2. Click This Forget Device and a message will popup then click OK
3. Then reconnect the device again - by toggle on/off on the swipe up page.
4. Do a hard reset by pressing on the Sleep/Wake button and Home button at the same time and then wait for it to restart
5. Once restarted swipe up again to bring up the panels and toggle on/off the Bluetooth
6. Now test to pair with other Bluetooth devices to check if the problem fixed
7. If still doesn't work try to Update the software by Settings>General>Software Update
8. Once update is completed - then perform network reset by Settings>General>Reset
9. Tap on Reset Network Settings and then try turn on Bluetooth to pair with other devices again once it is completed

How to back up iPhone

Follow the step below to backup your iPhone using iCloud

1. First your iPhone must be connected to WiFi
2. Go to Setting> [Your ID] - your name and tap iCloud
3. Tap "Back Up Now". Ensure your Wi-Fi network is always on until the backup is completed.
4. Once it is finished go to check the file: Go to Settings> Your ID [Your name]> iCloud >iCloud Storage >Manage Storage, then select your device. The backup file should be appearing there.

iCloud Automatic Backup.

1. Make sure iCloud is turned on in Settings > Your ID (your name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup.
2. Connect to the charger
3. Connect to Wi-Fi
4. The device's screen must be locked
5. Check also if the storage is enough to hold the backup data. You can upgrade iCloud storage by purchasing it from the iPhone itself. Apple only provides 5GB free storage in iCloud

Backup iPhone from iTunes

1. Open iTune and select your device in the list
2. Go to Summary and click Backup Now

How to fix WiFi Problem in iOS9 for iPhone 5s

The iPhone 5s WiFi problem on iOS9 are unique for certain people - yet there are also common problem with common solution as below that you can try.

1. Reboot the iPhone 5s. If this doesn't work go to step 2

2. Forget Wi-Fi Network

  • Tap on setting on your device - Tap on Wi-Fi option
  • Tap on the running Wi-Fi network
  • Tap on "Forget This Network"
  • Tap on "Forget"
  • Then rejoin this network and re-enter the password. Then check if the issue has been solved
  • If step 2 is not working try fix no.3 as below. 

3. Reset Network Settings
  • Tap on "Settings" --> Tap on "General"
  • Find "Reset" and Tap on it then --> Reset Network Settings
  • Then try if the WiFi is working
  • If NOT working then try fix no.4 as below

4. OpenDNS or Google DNS - if the above solution is not working try to use this method. Manually set the DNS to public DNS.
  • Tap on "Settings" again --> Tap WiFi option.
  • Tap on the Wi-Fi network you are running you will see IP Address, Subnet Mask, Router, and DNS Tap on DNS and set the Primary DNS and Secondary DNS separated by comma like so: (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4). 
  • This will work if your network DNS keeps on changing by using the public manually set you are always on public DNS.
